With reference to a recent Circular dated 31st July 2023, issued by SEBI vide Circular No SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131, SEBI has launched SMART ODR Portal (Securities Market Approach for Resolution Through ODR Portal) for online resolution of disputes in the Indian Securities Market.
Investors may file a dispute through Smart ODR Portal (online dispute resolution portal) in case of non-resolution of grievance by the Cybrilla within the specified timelines
